There’s no denying that online bingo is an enjoyable pastime, and so setting eyes upon Fun Bingo might have you thinking you’re in for a treat of an experience. The site launched in late 2013 and belongs to the Winners Bingo Network, using software from Cozy Games, and like other brands on this software, the big welcome bonuses and reloads are hanging as a carrot tempting players in.

Upon landing on the homepage at Fun Bingo there’s definitely a fun theme, it’s like landing in the middle of a circus with a big top, big wheel and much more. It certainly looks appealing and it’s easy enough to get started, just a few simple details, verify your account via email and there’ll be a wad of free cash to get you started, you don’t even need to part with your financial details to begin.

The promised bingo is plentiful here with virtually every variant you can think of, but the games just do not match up to the hype. Yes there is 30-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball and 90-ball but with only one variant of each, there really isn’t that much choice. Add to that the fact that the rooms aren’t that busy, and most of the players are in 90-ball and it doesn’t really leave you anywhere to go.

The bingo itself plays quite well, the graphics are lower than on other big named sites, but it’s acceptable and fun to play. The rooms are quite friendly, but the chat hosts here leave a lot to be desired, and are one of the big letdowns of this software in general. Alongside the bingo is a range of instant win games, slots and casino games, and this collection is comprehensive and enough to keep even the most ardent games fan happy for hours.

Overall this network has improved much since its launch, and this is reflected in the promotions and specials. While nowhere near the giveaways that we see at many sites, there is plenty on offer here at Fun Bingo including Happy Hour promotions, daily log in bonuses and much more, and that means there’s always something to add another dimension to your game.

The big feature here at Fun Bingo is the big giveaways and free bonuses, and there are certainly plenty of these, but we’re not sure if there’s quite enough to keep us going back. We appreciate the changes that have been made to this software, including lower wagering requirements, easier cashouts and a levelling up of the rules, but with so many sites to choose from today, we’re not sure Fun Bingo is going to be our first choice.

We definitely don’t want to turn players off the site, there’s a huge no-deposit bonus just for signing up, and so even if you don’t want to make a deposit, the site could be worth a try for that alone, especially as there’s nothing to lose but your time, and you can even try out the mini games with your free bingo bonus!

Bingo variants are plentiful here at Fun Bingo and so are the games. There are only four bingo rooms but with each offering a different kind of bingo, there really is plenty to choose from. The side games too are based on an abundance of different types of games, and that means there’s plenty of choice when you’re playing, whether you like slots, arcade games, instant wins or casino games, you’re sure to find something enjoyable to play here.

The game plays well, but you can personalise your game play, change your dauber and even turn the caller off. However, after us saying how the chat hosts could be improved, we also can’t turn them off. Unusually there is no option to close out chat at Fun Bingo, and that’s not much fun at all.

With huge no-deposit bonuses and money almost thrown at you for reloads, there are plenty of chances of a few free games at Fun Bingo, but in addition to this the brand also has two dedicated free bingo rooms. You have to be a depositing player to join in the free bingo rooms and the games only play twice a day, but during our visit the jackpots were £20 and £50, so that’s not bad if you could get your hands on it.

As noted already, Fun Bingo really don’t offer the most fun in the chat rooms. The hosts have a tendency to overuse smileys, and don’t appear to speak English well.
