Bingo pointsMany internet bingo sites offer a loyalty scheme that sees you earn points on every card your purchase at their site. These bingo points can be redeemed for free bingo cash and used in any of the rooms at the site you have earned them on. What I have noticed on the Dragonfish/888/Globalcom software is an issue when redeeming bingo points if you use a browser other than IE.
Whenever I try to redeem my bingo loyalty scheme points on any of the brands powered by this software and I am logged in using Firefox rather than Internet Explorer is that I get the message “Your login details are incorrect” despite actually being logged in and playing bingo on my account. This is rectified by logging out and then back in again but using IE there is no issue. Have any of our readers come across this problem when using a browser other than IE?
If you don’t have IE on your computer and get this error message you can visit the “Help” room available and simply ask the agent to redeem your points for you but in all honesty, with technology as it is today and many different browsers available for us to use, isn’t this an issue that should be addressed by the bingo software providers?
Are there any other anomalies that you have noticed whilst playing internet bingo? Do you have a preference to one browser rather than other and if so which do you use? This is all relevant information that should be considered by the software providers of any gaming platform, not just bingo.
