According to the site we looked at “players were up in arms” about the Costa Bingo deposit freebies dropping from £50 sevent times a day to £15 every thirty minutes! Do the math is what we say – eight games per day equates to £350 in jackpots where are £15 every thirty minutes (11am until 11pm) totals £375 in jackpots. What exactly is there to complain about?
Maybe we have completely missed the point, what do the people complaining see as the issue at Costa Bingo? There is more free bingo money on offer in a 24 hour period for any player who reloads. Some players simply dont like change, others just like the sound of their own voice and all this complaining just causes bad feeling.
Before making a complaint about any internet bingo site, look closely at the facts, is the site in question actually giving you a bum deal or are you simply complaining for the sake of complaining?
