Bingo Playground block chat

One of the new bingo sites listed at BallsUp is the latest addition to the Cozy Games camp, Bingo Playground and when I first wrote the review for them I was really impressed that unlike many of the other sites on this platform they hadn’t blocked chat to new players. The fact that Bingo Playground block chat for players who have yet to make a deposit really riles me. As a bingo player I feel like they are blackmailing me to deposit, kind of like holding a gun to my head screaming “you will make a deposit at our internet bingo site”. What it actually does is make me run a mile and refuse to deposit.

So why do Bingo Playground block chat? For that matter why do any of the sites on this platform block chat? Well I have spoken to a couple of the managers behind the scenes and their response is simply that it’s what the players want. As a bingo player I most certainly wouldn’t request unfunded players being unable to chat; yes on occasions you get the odd numpty coming into chat who spouts off about how great another online bingo site is in comparison but the online bingo industry is big enough to cope with a little competition surely.

Please stop procrastinating because what you are doing in essence is stopping players from depositing by blocking chat as some sort of punishment, well this player anyway. The whole idea is to get players depositing and playing their own money at an internet bingo site and whilst I am sure the fact that Bingo Playground block chat makes no odds to some bingo players I know for others it is an issue.
