Bingo Help and Advice

Sometimes internet bingo sites don't always get it right and there may be times that you require a little more support with an issue that cannot be resolved by using the Customer Service or support option at any given bingo site.

We can't promise to solve every issue, nor will we advocate a public flogging of a bingo site. However we will try to act as a mediator between you and an internet bingo site that you feel has treated you unfairly or unjust. On many occasions a situation between a player and a bingo site is easily resolved when emotions are removed from the equation; often it's simply a misunderstanding or a case of not having read fully the Terms and Conditions available at the site.

We have been able to resolve numerous issues between players and some internet bingo sites and we are willing to try and resolve any issue you may have to the satisfaction of both the site in question and the player.
