I would just like to take the opportunity to thank Bet365 for taking on board the issues of funding that I had and for dealing with it so fairly and efficiently. It's an internet bingo site that I really took a fancy too and knowing that the players views and feelings are considered at Bet365 Bingo makes me more impressed. Yes the intial bonus rules were confusing and slightly unfair in my opinion but the rules have changed and are more clear and concise. I didn't read the full terms and conditions in the beginning so of course it was my mistake, but a funding player should be rewarded and I felt a little dissapointed. Now this issue has been sorted and the rules made clearer I am more than happy to recommend this site to any online bingo player. I would also like to thank Nickie and BallsUp Bingo for being mediators and clearing up the issues so quickly on my behalf.
